Default RE: Real world FPS

5.4 grains is not pushing any envelope on newer bows of the past 5-8 years.

I have 10's of thousands of shots through my 3D rigs and have never had any issues shooting 5gpp.

Would I shoot 5GPP (350grains)for my hunting setup? No. But I would be confident that my bow would handle it just fine if I chose to. I normally hunt between 375 and 400 grains.

My Allegiance shooting 5GPP formy 3d setup shoots320 FPS at 29 inches and 70 pounds.

With a 400 grain arrow it would clock in at about 303-304 FPS.

Good luck whatever you decide.
