Real world speeds are to varied to just give you an answer. Not only does the bow add to the factor, but more important are Draw length and DRAW LENGTH. All the rest of the factors you can change with lighter arrows, heavier arrows, different bows etc.... the one constant and deciding factor for all is DRAW LENGTH. With that said... real world speeds will be from 240ish to 290ish
