Chachere's Creole Butter(roasts)
Milk(roasts,steaks)
Coca Cola(no kidding)
Pineapple juice
Italian dressing
Tomato juice(fresh squeezed)
Liquid smoke(hickory or mesquite)
Hoisin sauce

I also may or may not incorporate a dry rub .
