Think for yourself Bayonets! <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle> You are on the right track with your views of the company........I've shot pretty much every bow from every major manufacturer the last few years (including owning a few and shooting most of the PSE's over the last 6 years) and I'm shooting BowTechs. Just about everybody makes a "Nice" bow these days.....I just happen to think BowTech is a cut above the competition in quality and performance.
I wouldn't part with my $$$ if I thought they were a liability. I've owned 4 now and have a 2003 Dual Cam Patriot on order already with another 2003 (Dual Cam Pro40)to order as well for 3D.
Their combination of shootable designs combined with the best speeds in the industry is VERY tough to beat.
With the minds and people that design the bows and run the company I see a shift in power coming very soon.......in fact I'll be shocked if the Dual Cam "Patriot" isn't the top selling bow of 2003 by a large margin.
You'll ultimately have to shoot them for yourself of course, but when you do shoot them.....do it alongside your buddy's PSE. <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle>
