I tried one H-S stock and the rifle shot well with it.However the point of impact seemed to change more thanmy other rifleswith largechanges in temperature.I sold the h-s and pillar bedded the action into a mcmillan and the problem disappeared.I have since been told by a few gunsmiths that they skim bed the H-S stocks for the best results.
