I am surprized that the .010 patch and the .715 ball is OK. With 150FF and a .010 patch material wants to tear and shred.

I can shoot .015 pillow ticking after the first clean bore shot, using a .725 ball. That first shot with a clean bore needs light canvas to hold together.

All barrels are different, you got to use what works!
