Well fieldmouse...sounds like maybe you shouldn't "see" any nice 6 and 8 pointers that need a couple more years..... I find that the older I get the less deer I "see"...or tell all but my best hunting partners about...Last year I had pics of a nice 6 point...1 1/2 year old, definately had some potential...Showed it to my "buddies" on a piece of land we lease together...I swear one of them spoke up and said..."You need to let him grow a few more years"...I passed on this deer 4 different times during bow season....The first day of rifle season...The "buddy" of mine killed him...
We will never have good deer with idiots like that around...
