Changed spots yesterday and found the motherload...of does. Last night I counted 11 so I headed back this morning (could hardly sleep!). By 0900, I stopped counting deer at 19 does, and two bucks (one 6pt and the other barely 4). At one point, I saw 9 together!!!! They continued to cross a field all day long.
Anyway, later on in the day I was getting ready to draw on a doe at 15yds when I got busted by the small 4pt. He didn't wind me but looked right up at me, did the head-bob, and bolted; takin my doe along with him.
Should I hunt the same area or move down the trail (I can't hunt tomorrow since there is no hunting on Sundays in MD)? As the sun was setting, I continued to see deer but none were close enough for a high percentage shot.
