I used to own a 7600 pump carbine and a savage 110 both in 30-06. That remington was the hardest kicking gun I have ever shot! And I'm little, not as little as you though. I am 5'3" and at the time weighed about 95 lbs (I weigh 130 now).

How much money do you want to spend? You could get a browning BAR semi auto. That might reduce some of the recoil. I assume the same principle that applies to shotguns would apply to a centerfire. I would also suggest a 270 or 308 over the 30-06 if you are worried about recoil
