Lightweight scent control clothing?
Okay, I've got some general questions - I sometimeshunt in areas wherehunting pressure makes the critters very wary of human intrusion.I own and have been successful using standard-weight and heavily-insulated scent control clothing for deer hunting, but most of these are just too warm for early hunts e.g. bear in September and early (archery) deer where temps of 70-80+ are not uncommon. Thus my questions: Are the single-layer technologies truly as effective without being as hot? What about the various scent-killer underlayers that kill bacteria etc. - if used without other scent-control layers, how effective are they? Specifically, can anyone relate an experience with the NO TRACE brand? I'm 6'2" and not skinny - I noticed that their products are not available in tall sizes.
