And its not like preventing someone, especially a neighboring landowner or that landowner's guest, from retrieving a legally shot deer is going to serve as a deterrent to future episodes of poaching/trespassing, or, compensate for some possible bad past experience.
Thats the bottom line. Some land owners just have no common sense. They will abuse alaw justto be jerks. I won't hunt on his land. But he has no respect or game. He gets 10 or so crop damage permits and lets em fall and throws em in the woods. I asked him to call me so I could cut out the tenderloins, but you smell em stinkin. I understand his frustration with teh deer eating his crops. But he just has no sense dealing with people.
