Rebel Hog, that looks like a 3" medium frame rather than a 2" snubbie, but I can't tell for sure.
I'd expect that gun to shoot plenty well with the ported barrel, target sights, red insert, and the large grip. I don't think it's quite fair to compare to an 85, but it's a very nice piece.
