Yes, you should paper tune your bow again to ensure everything is set correctly and your arrows are flying true. These things sometimes just work their way loose, especially if you shoot alot. I routinely tighten all of that sort of stuff on my bow once a month. Reserve the peep, tighten the nock points, replace my string loop, that sort of stuff. It may seem like overkill, but I've not ever had any "surprises" either.
