Depends on 2 things. 1 The area you hunt and what your personal goals are as a hunter. If that deer is the biggest buck in your area and a big deer for your area then yes he's a shooter. If not and your in a situation where you can let deer reach his prime age then you might want to let him go one more year. I can't help you as far as your personal goals. Thats for you to decide.
