I've always shot feathers and have had great results withthem and their performance with broadheads have always been excellent. I've also never had a problem with noise coming from feather fletching but maybe my aging ears just can't hear that well anymore. As for the weight, a 4" feather weighs 2.6grs and a 2" blazer weighs 5grs.I've heard lots of positive feedback on the blazer vanes with the only exception being that some find them hard to get to stick on the shaft. I'm sure the blazersmust be good because a ton of people use them and several of my friends do and i haven't heard any complaints from them.In all honestyi think either will serve you well but my choice will always be feathers.
