With my rifles on which I am using an aperture rear sight for target shooting, I use a Lyman 17A globe front for which there are a numbero f options ofblades or globe inserts. But I replace the 17A with a Redfield Sourdough for hunting, and never put a hood on a hunting front sight. ORIGINAL: dispatch 510
