spinnerfisher9 I take my hat off to you, as others have said, you have proven yourself a hunter. This was my third season bow huntng and I have passed on a ton of shots that I thought, well maybe and then decided no, I will not take this shot, either the deer was beyond 25 yards or it wasn't a broadside or quartering away shot. Every good hunter knows thier limits and refuse to exceed them for the sake of the deer. I took my first with a bow this year at 22 yards, funny thing is I felt total confidence in the shot, this was only the second time I had felt confident enough to take the shot, the first time I shot was last season and I missed my anchor point and sailed it right over her back, this year I made sure all was right before I released.
We need more hunters like you, hunters who never take a shot unless they know they can make it.
