Default Georgetown lake

Took ole Snuffy out to Georgetown Lake this afternoon. Actually it is more like a wide river. Water was cloudy and as you all know who was out side today, very windy. We did manage to wack 12 common 6 apiece, plus 2 pull off's each. I was using my new carbon/fiberglass arrow with a stingray head. They have nice wide barbs, but sure do twist off easy. I lost both of my fish, cause during the fight process they were able to twist and the barbs reversed. I had they tight too. With my muzzy'z and penetrators points I put teflon tape on the treads to keep them tight and from rusting. Works pretty well. These Stingray heads do not come apart, so you cannot get to the treads. I know they would be a problem with big heads. At least sure does look like it..
