Clean fish good. Soak for a few hours in salt water .
Rince fish .Just before ya go to bed put fish in a bowl.
Pour a pint of buttermilk over the fish and let sit in
the refrigerator over night.

Next day for dinner.
1. Mix in a bowl about 3 cups of flour, salt , pepper , table spoon ofOld Bay.
2. Take fish out of the buttermilk one by one and put in the bowl of flour mixture.
3. Coat them well.
4. Have a black cast iron skillet HOt {But not scorching} with about 1/2 inch of canola oil.
5. Carefully put fish in hot oil. Cook to deep brown. Better over done than under done.
6. Drain on paper towel and enjoy.
