Any Joe's Flies will do the trick if set up right. You put on the fly like normal. It's a small fly and won't cast far so I put a split shot on the line about 8 or 9 inches up from the fly. Cast away. Keep the tip of the reel close if not in the water and by moving it right and left you can change the fly's direction. Anywho, throw it out there and reel it in simi slow. The great thing about these Joe's flies spinner bates is how slow you can bring them in. Plenty slow for weary bass or blue's to make up their mind. And yea their dangerous.
