The Win 9410 is not really a hunting gun. I'm a 410 nut....and you HAVE to shoot the 3" shells to kill any animal effectively. The 2.5" shells lack sufficient powder and lead to take any animal much past 20 yards. A 3" 410 shell can stretch much further than that.
I also read that the 9410 has a cycling problem. I read that the specs are close, and it's easy to short stroke the lever and jam the gun.
