Brown phase Weasel with Pheasant

This is a quote from a National Geographic naturalist. "SYMBOL OF SLAUGHTER, sleeplessness and tireless incredible activity," Ounce for ounce, tooth for tooth, it's about the bloodthirstiest of creatures. With reckless courage it fights animals many times its size, and often wins. The skull of one never-say-die weasel was found with teeth imbedded in the neck of an eagle.

They only weight in at 2-5 oz and are 7-14in long but they regulary eat squirrels, rabbits. and birds including chickens. So yes the will and do eat pheasants.
