you're right about the proceeds going to a useful charity- and that's a good thing. But I suspect that the bids would be just as high if the money was going into someone's pocket. As a side note, I checked the ebay site agin just to see how high things were going and most of the high end stuff had dropped dramatically in bid price. Looked at the bid history and it seems a lot of these "generous" bids couldn't be verified so they were dropped. Perhaps a bit of phantom inflation going on? But that's just my cynical side showing...<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
