Remington makes a round in 30-06 called an Accelerator. It's a 30-06 round that I think has some kind of sabot to use a 243 bullet. They are only 55gr bullets and they are very high velocity. The only thing is they are about 30-35$ a box. I've never used them so I have no idea how well they shoot.
