Considering that the POTUS and Cogress would not only have to agree with a high enough majority , ratified by a majority of states , to completely abrogate the Constitution I frankly don't see it happening . The US representative to the UN has already told them it ain't happening and why , and UN resolutions and treaties aren't even legally enforceable . It wouldn't hurt to let your state reps know where you stand on it just to be sure , and I have since it's a midterm election year , but it couldn't get over anyway without somebody noticing and starting a total sheit storm .
