When you stop learning something everytime, it won't be as much fun! Yesterday, I re-learned that a deer always comes in from the least desireable location. While I was watching the woods behind my stand where the deer ALWAYS are, a 6 point walked directly across the open expanse of the field behind me. He wouldn't come to my calls, so no shot presented, but it sure was fun trying! So far I have shot one buck, missed 3 buck, wounded zero deer. Passed on many that were too small. No matter what I always have a good time. Enjoy your season, the rest of the year drags until the next one!
