Htoler: While yer waiting...LOL What weight bolts did you get w/ yer Pro Elite? I think lie is a little too strong a word here. If you read some of the various mfg'ers ads you'll see phrases like "capable of xxx fps" or "rated at xxx fps". Excal dropped the advertised fps on their Emax from 355 to 350. I don't know why, nor do I care, but would bet someone whined about a fps or three. What really matters imho is Kinetic energy. Trajectory and being aware of your personal set-up's is also important. You can get close to the same k.e. with a tad heavier tad slower arrow as w/ a little lighter and faster arrow. Your k.e. tells you what to expect for penetration, again my humble opinion, but nearly all the set-ups described here are fro sure pass thru's on deer, prolly more.
