Find out who put the brake on and see if it can be taken off and maybe that companymight offera threaded cap that can be installed to protect the threads. I myself would just leave it on and deal with the noise. Plus you will get a reduction in recoil.If you decide to ever get rid of the rifle this can add to the price you get for it. Most aftermarketmuzzlebrake installations arent cheap.
