I really like my Jo-Jan, although some people on here hate them. The most votes will probably be for the Bitz, which is a great jig. I like bein able to fletch 6 at once though. And, you set the cock feather up or down. If you're shooting an arrow with a moveable nock though, it doesn't matter where the three feathers are because you can twist the nock to your preference.
