anywhere online i can look at these guns i would also like to know prices,i want something thats going to be fairly inexpensive
I prefer the 700 SPS also. Most gun shops around here have them for about $500. So I'm sure you can find one on the net for a little less. Only problem with them is I don't really like the stock. Too narrow for me, but it's really light. Replacement stocks can run anywhere from $80 to $600 depending on what type, brand, and quality you are looking for.

Also, I wouldn't just discount the Savage. You can usually pick up a new one for around $400. Same type of stock as the 700, though. With the new accu trigger, they are probably the most accurate low priced rifle out of the box. They've got a good rep for durability also.

Weatherby makes an awsome .270 also. Little pricey and heavy, but great gun.

I would not limit yourself to one caliber or brand. Variety is the spice of life! Buy 'em all!
