Default Should point of impact change when you "overdraw"

I've noticed on my Hoyt that if I "overdraw" my arrows impact about 4 inches lower at 25 yards. I'm talking about pulling slightly past the back wall where the limbs flex a little more than usual. I normally don't do this I just wanted to see what would happen. Any idea why?
