COLD WEATHER HUNTING?
I did some hunting over the weekend in WVA and the temps were in the low 20's and my currently clothing system did not work at all, head to toes I was COLD. I have the Cabelas super slam fleece un-insulated Bids and Jacket, with Lacrosse 800 gram boots. I had 1 pair of wool socks and the expedition weight thermals and also the sent pro top and bottoms. I do not like bulky clothes that get in the way of my bowstring. I froze my behind off all morning.
I would like to here what you use for outer clothing, socks, thermals, boots/grams and also your layering system?
