Cabela's has a few accessories for Mountain bikes including a gun rack that mounts on the handle bars and I think you can even hook up a Deer dolly they sell in the catalogs too. I have used Mountain bikes to get to high mountain lakes and for Grouse hunting to keep up with my Setter! It's also a good way to escape if one encounters a Cougar or late Summer Bear! It will get you farther than any one is willing to walk in for sure!
