Its kinda like give us your money and get the H out.
One good emplyee can really turn things around and when I find a place that there guy or gal work, I am going back every time. Nothing makes a guy feel better than to feel that his hard earned money is appreciated. I am also darn apt to pass the word along to my friends and those peoples boss.
We're lucky here. We have a couple of gun stores where I can go in and the employees will spend all the time you want showing you different guns and explaining the advantags and disadvantages of each one. Also the archery shop will repair your bow and add on any accesories you want for free. So whenever I want a new gun or anything I go to these stores.
