I use a scent lok suit, the savanah, very light weight. I'm sure it helps but so do all of the other factors. I do believe that once hunting season begins the deer get more wary. While turkey hunting last spring I had 5 bucks at 15 yds, calm wind, no shower for 2 days! One of them even went to the tree I was sitting under before and was checking out the scent! I think the turkey decoys put them at ease but they must have smelled me!My freind uses a army surplus british chemical suit under his camo,says it does the same thing, costs about $20
