This is assuming you have an insert with threads like the Excals. Take a field point and glue a traditional nock onto the point then screw the field point into the shaft and the string end of the nock into the fletcher. I don't know if others make it but Bohning makes an piece that replaces the piece that indexes the nock with one with an o ring that grips the xbow shaft.
