I cant agree more with you wolfman. Im only 16 years old right now and i hunt by myself. I got a great deal of knowledge from my dad. He didnt let me hunt with a bow or shotgun until i had gone out with him for 2 years and watched. So i think i got started off the right way. But i think way to many people are just going out and shooting animals for the fun of it these days. Granted field dressing isnt the easiest thing in the world to do b/c i just got my first field dressing job last sunday evening and its pretty tough the first time but ill get the hang of it. But i think everyone should be required to take a safety course of some sort before they take up the sport. And another thing i really hate poachers!!!
