I just don'tthink it is worth the money. Hunt the considering the thermal currents and the wind and you'll have no need of high $ clothing. I figure if I can get deer to walk within 1 foot of me in 90 degree weather without it, why do I need it!
You don't NEED it. That's entirely up to you. I too have had many deer walk right up to me within a couple of feetwhile I was squirrel hunting. None of them however were Boone and Crockett bucks! I guess it depends on how mature of a deer you are happy with. I will not shoot a buck that in my best estimation, is not at least 4 1/2 years old. He may or may not have a huge rack, but he IS a mature animal.Other folks are happy with the first buck that comes along. If that's a trophy to them and they are happy with it, then I say great! But if you are only hunting big older mature bucks, that almost always circle downwind before they make their move toward your stand, then I say take every precaution you can. You can't be too scent-free!
