T in PA3 first of all for the record Mexicans are here and not in the numbers you state they are or for the fact that " the work most of us won't do! " And no Mexicans are not as heavely employed as you discribed
and most of us here do not want them here ! They work for penneys that nobody else will ! Because you happened along a small group of them doesn't mean they are " heavily employed ".
Gee, I don't see where I stated any numbers.
That day I only came across 1 mexican gentleman but I do know that migrant workers are used for performing manual thinning work in the NMW and that cannot be denied. If they are not there then maybe those 15 workers killed in the van roll over years ago never happened. Oh, 15, small group. Sorry. There are more. Definatly more.
Heavily employed.... let's see, according to some recent searches on the Internet it has turned up that 60% of Maine's 10,000 blueberry farm workers are migrant workers. That alone is pretty significant in some parts of Maine. 1/2 the employees at an egg processing plant in Turner Maine are migrant workers.
I could keep going but you get the point.
Like I said... they do the work the rest of us won't do.
