i have two marlin BA 22 mag rifles that are quite old and purchased used. niether has ever mis-fired. as has been said CCI ammo ispretty reliable.

i'd spray the bolt with degreaser, dry and test fire. if it happened again i'd contact marlin. also check the chamber ta make sure it's clean.
