I guess it's pretty easy to get used to? I mean, it just sounds confusing, having to aim at the target and check to make sure the dot is in thering....
It takes a little while to get used to it, but eventually you won't even know it's there. When you are at your anchor point, the dot will be in the ring.
I find that after about a year of using the no peep that I repeatably am at the anchor point, just double check the no peep out of the corner of my eye to be sure.
