Seems like they don't have fangs like a rattlesnake.
Right about that Timber.Although I'm pretty sure they could stillopen their mouth wide enough to bite about anywhere.

Their toxin is also not the same as Rattlesnakes or other "pit vipers" which generally have hemo-toxin I believe. Corals use neuro-toxin and I believe it is much harder to treat through anti-venom procedures
