I don't know. I hear of folks who killed people when they were children now able to own a gun. Thats bull. Theft? I don't know. It sounds like a felony.

I know people who learned to be a real criminal in jail and was doin thier time. For your friend, my opinion is why not. Never heard of a Governor taking the time to pardon a theft conviction but stranger things have happened.

Just venting here. The rule I hate is a woman can say you assulted her and they can take away your guns. My ex-wife found out this tidbit. And sat there afterabandoning me, with a big smile on her face and said, "you know, if I want to, I can take away your passtimes, I can ruin you, I can live in your house your paying payments for, and you can't come in". So 35K later, she said she was sorry. That was wrong. She appoligized for saying that. I was scared to death.
