Hi bill
You know you can restore your computer by going to your start menu on the lower lefthand corner of your screen and click, then go to your accessories then click to system tools then click on system restore.
You should be able set your comp. to a 2or 3 days back before your computer cashed.
Everything should be on at the time before it crashed.
