Which ever shoots and fits your hunting situation best. Assuming the bullet you choose in 150 and 165 gr shoots equally, then either will work. The only beneifit with the 150 is a slightly flatter trajectory, which only matters if longer range is in your hunting sitaution (200 plus yard).
