One thing to think about is the weight they add to the bow. A heavier bow means less recoil, it also is harder to lift and hold up. The right one will cause less movement because it's harder to compensate the bow when your start to loose it , but that happens more quickly with one. You may see a flater arrow with a heavier bow because it will lurch forward less when shot giving more energy to the shaft, but your bow may already be heavy enough. Your question may never be answered as there is a whole world of archers that can't. Best to go to some place where you can screw some on and see if it helps. From experience I'd say you should work on your form fornow. A stabilizer is a fine tuning piece of equipment I'd say after you can shoot 3-4" groups or better @ 30 yrds. Some do help tame a bow though, but there maybe other things that will do a better job, like a heavier arrow.
It does make a difference if you use a heavy bow to practise with and then scale the weight back before the season opens. One reason why guys shoot better after using one for awhile then stop, the muscles weaken and they go back again, or continually use a different onetrying to find the perfect one.
One things for sure, you need a place to put the stuff you've bought to make you a better archer but find doesn't work or you just didn't need it.
