RE: speer grand slam bullets
I use the Federal Blue box 30-06 ammo which is loaded with the 150 gr.Speer Grand Slams. I have only used them for Mule deer though. For this, they performed very well. For game bigger than deer in 30 caliber, I like the Hornady interlock in 180 and 190 gr.
