Default RE: release heads RE: string loops breaking

I love fletcher products, however I own the above release and it has failed on me more than a few times. I refuse to use it now. It has even been sent back to the company once. I got it back and it worked for a while and then a few weaks ago, POW right in the face again! I will not use this release again, I just don't trust it anymore. I switched to my fletcher 3-D release with the large rounded jaws. This sucker is bullet proof pretty much. A bit of a pain to get in the loop though. I will most likely be switching to a back tension release. My girlfriend has one I am pretty found of. I bit tricky to get used to though after using trigger releases for so long.

If you want that type of a release I suggest looking at the truball and carter designs. They have better triggers in my opinion. I looked at one at Cabela's that was really nice, but for the life of me I can't remember if it was a carter or truball. All I know is it was nicer than my fletcher.
