For actual "Stress Relief"? I have a 100lb Everlast heavy bag hanging in my archery workshop area that sees it's share of stress relief.It's sweet to have right there when booger up a fletch job.

(Of course the stress comes right back from the wife yelling down the stairs to quit the racket. [:@])
