Yep it is.
I saw him twice prior and had him at almost 20 yards once and he turned on me before I could get a clear shot. Then I found him on the last morning of bow season with his one antler wrapped in hog fence around a big grape vine as thick as your forearm, within sight of my stand. The game warden refused to sedate or dart him, saying he would die anyway, which is pure bunk...believe me, he had PLENTY of fight left in him. Looking at him now, I will always remember the '05 season. A very eventful and exciting one for my whole family, even if I didn't get the buck I was after the wayI wanted to get him.
